These Terms govern your access and use of Vista Prime Studio’s website and services. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Booking Terms

  • Minimum booking: 2 hours.

  • All bookings must be paid in full in advance.

  • Accepted methods: Credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

2. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session for a full credit.

  • No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

3. Use of the Studio

  • Clients are responsible for any damage to the space or equipment.

  • No smoking, illegal activity, or excessive noise is allowed.

  • Set-up and break-down must be done within your booked time.

4. Intellectual Property

Any content produced by the client remains theirs.

We may request permission to share client content for marketing purposes.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Vista Prime Studio is not liable for lost/damaged personal items. Clients use the studio at their own risk.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
